There is no known treatment for endometriosis except surgery but its symptoms can be managed via medication. Yoga has also shown to help in managing the pain associated with endometriosis and improving overall quality fo life.
The aim of this practice is going to be to help you open up and bring some mobility to the pelvic region in order to increase the blood circulation in the area. It will also help in reducing stress and anxiety. It will be best to do this close to wall and have a few cushions and a blanket handy. Once you are ready, let’s hop onto our mat and get going.
